Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK only.

How much do you charge for p&p?

For orders under £30 First Class delivery is £1.50.  Orders over £30 qualify for Free First Class Delivery.


Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by most Debit and Credit cards.  We use Sage Pay to process our online payments.  Sage Pay is the fastest growing independent payment service provider.  They encrypt every transaction to the highest global standards so you can be confident that your payment is handled securely.  We also accept payment via Paypal.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order.  If you only require one item that’s fine.

Purchasing

How do I place an order?
Simply add the items you require to your shopping basket and then proceed to checkout. At the checkout stage you will need to fill in your delivery details.  You do not have to create an account, but if you want to then you need to enter a password as instructed. You can then pay securely online using your debit or credit card, or you can select to pay via Paypal.  You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is received and a dispatch email when the order is shipped.

 

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

No, you can purchase items without creating an account.  You will have to submit your delivery details, email and a phone number.  These are required to fulfill your order efficiently and in a timely manner.  We need to be able to contact you quickly if there is a problem with your order so that dispatch is not delayed.  If you decide to create an account you will not need to re-enter these details for future purchases.  You can also view your order history and use the 'Shopping List' facility when you have created an account.


What happens if part of my order is out of stock?
If any item on your order is unavailable we will contact you.  If you wish to wait for the new stock to arrive, we will dispatch the in-stock items and send out the remaining items when they are back in stock.  If you do not wish to wait for the items, or if they are no longer available, we will issue a refund for them.


Delivery Problems

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
Delivery services are generally very good.  However, occasionally things do go wrong.  If you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch, and you have checked that your local sorting office is not holding the package, then please contact us.  If trackable delivery has been used we may be able to locate the item.  

What happens if my order is lost in the post?
The vast majority of packages arrive at their destination safely. However if, in the very rare instance, your order does not arrive and cannot be traced, then we will arrange to send a duplicate order or issue a refund.

What should I do if any of my order is incorrect or damaged?
Please let us know as soon as you receive your order if any items are missing, incorrect or damaged. We will always do our very best to sort the problem out swiftly.


Your Account

How do I register?
To set up an account simply click the 'Register' link in the sign-in box and you will be guided through the process.  You can also set up a new account as part of the checkout process or by selecting 'My Account' from the top menu bar.  Creating an account enables you to:

  • Manage personal data
  • Create alternate delivery addresses
  • Track the progress of any outstanding orders and view your order history
  • Manage shopping lists and much more

When you have entered all relevant details, your account will be created and a message will be sent to your email address asking you to confirm registration. This ensures the correct email address has been entered. You need to click on the link within the email to finalise the registration process.  Please note: Successful login is upper and lowercase sensitive. If you used any capital letters in your username or password when you set your account up, you will need to use them for logging in.

I have forgotten my password what should I do?
Passwords are private to you and are not stored on our site so please keep a safe record of them.  If you have forgotten your password then just click the 'Forgot your password?' link in the sign-in box, enter your email address where prompted and follow the instructions.  You will receive an email with a link to change your password.

How do I save my shopping basket? 
If you have created an account you can save your shopping basket and continue shopping at a later time. To do this, in Shopping Basket view, under the heading 'Do you want to continue shopping later?', select 'save the current shopping basket in the shopping list'. Next time you log in you can either transfer the contents of your shopping list into you shopping basket, or you can start a new basket.
