Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Check Out' and you will be asked for any details that are needed to complete the order. We use Sagepay to process online Debit/Credit Card payments. You can also select to pay via PayPal or by cheque.


After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to us to purchase a product. We will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you this Dispatch Confirmation e-mail. Any products on the same order which have not been included in the Dispatch Confirmation (see Availability of Stock below) do not form part of that Contract.

Availability of Stock

All products are subject to availability while stocks last. We will notify you as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available. In this event you will be offered a refund, an available alternative, or to place the item on Back Order if you are happy to wait.


The prices quoted on our site exclude delivery costs, which will be added to your shopping cart total. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation e-mail. We reserve the right to amend delivery costs if your order includes heavy or large items. In such cases we will contact you in order to discuss delivery options.

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will refund the difference and inform you when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation e-mail.


Bluebells & Jellyfish Ltd are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. All of our products come with a no quibble guarantee. If any item is not to your liking for any reason we will refund you without a fuss. Simply return the unused item(s) to us, in the original packaging, with a copy of your invoice within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please wrap all items carefully. You can obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office (as proof of posting) which will cover losses/damages up to the value of £20. If the items exceed this amount we advise you to use extra postal insurance to cover their value. When we receive the item(s) (in saleable condition) we will refund your money and let you know.

Measures, Weights and Quantities

Products may vary slightly in measurement, weight and quantity from those stated. All measurements, weights and quantities are estimated approximations only, although we do try to make them as accurate as possible.


We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation. Bluebells & Jellyfish Ltd shall have no liability for products delivered which prove to be different from those ordered, are damaged or defective, or the quantity is incorrect, unless you notify us of the problem via e-mail within 7 days of delivery. If you do not receive products ordered within 30 days of the order date, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem via e-mail within 40 days of the dispatch date. Please e-mail sales@bluebellsandjellyfish.co.uk

If you notify us of a problem, our only obligation will be to make good any shortage or non-delivery, to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or to refund the amount paid for the goods. Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill), howsoever arising, out of any problem you notify to us under this condition.

Compliance with import/export regulations is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Events Beyond our Control

Bluebells & Jellyfish Ltd shall have no liability to you for failure to deliver goods, delay in delivery, damage to or defect in goods delivered caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; including, but not limited to, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident, acts of terrorism or war.

Written communications

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide general information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Data Protection

Bluebells & Jellyfish Ltd do not disclose customer information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Data collected by this site is used to:

1. Enable us to process and deliver your order.
2. Administer and enhance the site and service.
3. Communicate relevant information regarding our products and services.

Bluebells & Jellyfish Ltd will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep your details secure, but in the absence of any negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.

These terms and conditions relate to the sale of any products listed on our website at www.bluebellsandjellyfish.co.uk and by placing an order you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted them. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
